Relief Teller (Oahu)

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs.
• Demonstrate First Hawaiian Bank’s digital banking options.
• Fulfill customers' day-to-day transactional needs.
• Advising customers on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
• Previous sales experience highly desirable.
• One year of cash handling and customer service experience highly desirable.
• Must be willing to travel to various Hawaii Branches, including neighbor islands.
• Must be available for the following work schedule:
• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM;
• Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).

Pay

The pay range is $21.00- $24.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. This position offers an additional $2.50/hr Relief Premium, recognizing the flexibility and commitment required to support multiple branches.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).
