Relief Teller (Oahu)

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers.
• Identify and meet customers' needs through the demonstration of digital banking options.
• Fulfill customers' day-to-day transactional needs.
• Advising customers on the full range of financial products and services available.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pleasant and tactful interaction with customers.
• Previous sales experience highly desirable.
• One year of cash handling and customer service experience highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel to various Hawaii branches, including neighbor islands.
• Availability for the following work schedule:
• Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM;
• Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).

Compensation

The pay range is $21.00- $24.50/hr, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. This position offers an additional $2.50/hr Relief Premium, recognizing the flexibility and commitment required to support multiple branches.
