Relief TA

Responsibilities

• Aid the teacher in activities aligned with each student's IEP.
• Prepare classroom materials as needed.
• Directly instruct students as part of their learning plan.
• Custodially care for students as directed.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College credits are preferred but not mandatory.
• Must obtain NYS Teaching Assistant Certification.
• Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lifting capacity: Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
