About the role
As a Mitigation Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by:
- Responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies
- Performing mitigation and emergency services to prevent further damage
- Operating specialized equipment and technology
- Working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals
- Demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations
- Taking pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
