Responsibilities
- Daily coordination of children in executing the plan of the day in accordance with program policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
- Conduct supervision of assigned youth and safely transport children to activities, appointments, and school.
- Serve as an advocate for assigned youth and monitor behaviors to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalency.
- Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have at least one year of related experience working with population.
