Relief Residential Supervisor

About the Role
NCYF opened its doors in 1972 and became incorporated in 1976. We’re an experienced agency with multiple locations which provide foster care services, in home therapy, outpatient therapy, treatment residences, and therapeutic day programs. For nearly 50 years, we have been committed to providing innovative and high quality care to our consumers. Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the schedule for adequate staff coverage and performance
- Maintain group home site compliance
- Participate in creating, implementing and monitoring client treatment plans
Requirements
- Aceessory’s degree in a related field or equivalent direct experience of at least 2 years
- Broad knowledge of non-profit administration and child protective systems
- Approved CORI & DCF background checks (preformed by the EEC)
- Approved driving background check
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.

Compensation
$22.00 per hour
