Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business. - Promote and assist with enrollment in Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx. - Lead the team by setting high standards in patient service and managing workflow. - Structure and organize systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services. - Identify and communicate opportunities for Long Term Care and Specialty businesses to Marketers. - Dispense medications and provide clinical pharmacy services.

Physical Demands

The position involves long periods of standing. Essential functions include talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, handling objects, operating tools and controls, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

- Possess a pharmacy license or be able to obtain one without federal sanctions. - Hold a PharmD degree or a Master's in Therapeutics and Medicines Management (MTM) certification (a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program must be provided). - Maintain current immunizations and CPR certification. - Have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
