Thrifty White Pharmacy is a mid-sized pharmacy chain dedicated to serving small towns and cities in the rural Midwest. We are committed to patient-focused healthcare services, leveraging technology to enhance patient outcomes and reduce the cost of care.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business. - Promote and assist with enrollment in Thrifty White programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx. - Lead the team by setting high standards in patient service and leading workflow organization. - Manage long-term care (LTC) businesses by communicating effectively with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences. - Identify and communicate opportunities for LTC and specialty business to marketers. - Dispense medications and provide clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements

- Possess a pharmacy license or be able to obtain one without federal sanctions. - Hold a PharmD degree or a Master's in Therapeutics and Medicines Management (MTM) certification (provide a course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program). - Maintain current immunizations and CPR certification. - Have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.

Qualifications

- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. - Must have the ability to use hands and fingers, handle objects, operate tools and controls, and reach with hands and arms. - Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
