Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, assisting with enrollment.
• Lead teams by setting high standards in patient service, structuring workflows, and organizing systems for efficient prescription filling and clinical services.
• Manage Long Term Care (LTC) business by communicating with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences, identifying new business opportunities, and following up on patient needs.
• Dispense medications, supplies, and provide clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to obtain one without federal sanctions.
• A PharmD degree or MTM certification (must provide a course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.
