Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Champion Thrifty White programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, assisting with patient enrollment.
• Lead teams by setting high standards in patient service, structuring workflows, and organizing systems for efficient prescription filling and clinical services.
• Develop and follow up on long-term care business with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for Long Term Care and Specialty business to Marketers.
• Dispense medications, supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

Physical Demands

This position involves long periods of standing. Essential functions include: talking and hearing, using hands and fingers, handling objects, operating tools and controls, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Requirements

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to obtain one without federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.

Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must have, or be able to obtain, a pharmacy license.
• Must hold a PharmD or MTM Certification.
• Must have current Immunization Certification.
• Must have CPR Certification.
• Must have an NPI Number.
