Relief/On-Call Direct Support Professional

Job Responsibilities

• Providing support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
• Providing support with activities of daily living: to include but not limited to- personal hygiene of both males and females
• Providing active treatment
• Daily documentation and record keeping
• Medications administration
• Community inclusion and engagement

Requirements

• Mandatory Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Preferred Qualifications: Full year of successful experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or other types of developmental disabilities, CNA license
• Flexible schedule Shift Availability PRN/Relief: On-call/flexible. Schedule varies based on availability

Pay

CRi offers a competitive pay range of $17/hour for the DSP position.
