RELIEF NURSING SUPV-Inpatient Part Time 4HR Evening Shift (3pm-11:30pm, every other Saturday) FCCC

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Maintains adequate nursing staff through management of resources.
• Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital.
• Collaborates with department managers to facilitate patient movement.
• Supports Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, human resource management, and quality care promotion.
• Assists with clinical and non-clinical administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting required.
• General experience in a Clinical Management Role preferred.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required.
• Basic Life Support required.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• Multi-State Compact RN License required.
