Responsibilities

• Receives food orders and prepares according to desired request.
• Assures that presentation is timely and meets quality standards.
• Communicates to management the need for supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed.
• Assures quality production levels are maintained.
• Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and over production.
• May be required to rotate to various locations to relieve cooks for breaks or call-outs.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in extreme heat, cold, humid, and noisy environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in different areas of kitchen preparation.
• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job duties.
• Must be able to walk and stand during shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pull and/or push up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, stoop, twist, kneel, and crouch.

Pay

$27.68 per hour.
