Cook Intermediate-Full Time Seven Star Lounge (Caesars Atlantic City)
Responsibilities
- Receives food orders and prepares according to desired request.
- Affirms that presentation is timely and meets quality standards.
- Communicates to management the need for supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work area and ensures proper sanitation procedures are followed.
- Assures quality production levels are maintained.
- Assists in the control of food and labor costs by eliminating waste and overproduction.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in different areas of kitchen preparation is required.
- The ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform the job is necessary.
- Must be able to walk and stand during the shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, pull and/or push up to 100 pounds.
- Must have the ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, stoop, twist, kneel and crouch.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat, cold, humid and noisy environments.
