Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses.

About the role

The Behavior Analyst will provide individualized behavioral services to clients, ages 7-17. Duties include screening for potential services, development of behavior plans based on comprehensive behavioral assessments, 1:1 direct or supervised ABA therapy, and ongoing analysis of treatment plans. The role involves training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, graphing and analyzing data, and programming plans. The Behavior Analyst will collaborate on a supportive therapeutic team to address each client’s needs and serve as a consultant for other clinical staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining behavioral records, conducting ongoing data analysis, updating treatment plans, providing parent trainings, and delivering therapeutic services within the scope of licensure. The position also involves mentoring other clinical staff and managing client risk and safety.

  • Manage client risk and safety
  • Mentor other clinical staff

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Services (psychology, social work, or a related human services field)
  • Certified or eligible as a National Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and maintain active certification or hold an active Florida license as a clinical social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist
  • Two (2) years' experience working with children and adolescents (up to age 21)
  • Eligible to participate in state or federally funded programs such as Medicaid
  • Ability to provide individualized applied behavior analysis services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families
  • Must pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings
  • Possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence, a good driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy

Pay

Base Pay ranges from $27.24 - $30.19 an hour based on experience.
