About the role
Help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Duties include personal care (bathing, dressing), mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and companionship. Clients may have dementia, be recovering from surgery, or simply need dependable support. We’ll match you to the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Help clients move safely around their home
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer steady companionship
Requirements
- Six months of caregiving experience (family caregiving counts)
- California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (we provide assistance)
- Current TB clearance
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
Pay
$18–$21 per hour, based on experience. Biweekly paychecks, plus same-day pay through PayActiv for immediate access to earned wages.
