About the role
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates looking to grow their experience working with hardware systems and test processes in a lab environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute reliability test plans and validation procedures
- Set up and operate environmental test equipment (thermal, shock, vibration)
- Assemble and disassemble hardware using basic tools
- Collect and document test data and results
- Maintain accurate documentation using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Manage lab inventory, including test units, tools, and consumables
- Follow established safety protocols and lab procedures
Requirements
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skills
- 1+ year of experience in a reliability or manufacturing test environment
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
- Familiarity with electronic components and mechanical enclosures
- Experience with environmental and reliability testing (HALT, HASS, HAST)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Schedule
Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday during business hours.
Ability to lift, move, and set up test equipment and samples.

Pay
Pay Range $55K/yr - $62K/yr (DOE)
