Reliability Technician/ Maintenance Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Oversee preventive maintenance program, reliability initiatives, maintenance planning processes, work order execution strategies, and maintenance inventory planning to improve equipment reliability, safety, productivity, and cost performance
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs
• Work closely with the Corporate Continuous Reliability Improvement (CRI) Team to implement reliability initiatives, best practices, root cause corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5‑10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of supervisory, leadership, or maintenance management experience preferred
• Experience managing and administering a CMMS system is required
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and reliability best practices
• Working knowledge of robotics, automated manufacturing systems, CNC equipment, PLC controls, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and industrial electrical systems
• Experience supporting reliability and asset management initiatives
• Project management experience preferred
