Cooper Farms is currently seeking a weekend Reliability Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Van Wert. The primary goal of this position is to perform major rebuilds and play integral role in all projects involving equipment. SHIFT HOURS: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm and Monday 6:00am-10:00am STARTING RATE: $26.65-$34.65 dependent on experience ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All Training Will Be Provided. Job Functions Include Performing machine rebuilds.Troubleshooting and repairing complicated machine issues.Ensuring completion of all jobs and maintaining an accurate log of work.Engineering and fabricating machine upgrades and repairs.Ensuring all equipment is ready for start-up on Monday mornings.Rebuilding parts for equipment (motor, gearbox, heaters, etc.) Experience Prior maintenance and/or rebuild experienceThorough understanding of control and safety wiringStrong fabrication and troubleshooting skillsBasic computer knowledge and competency Career LevelMid - Level Retailyes Salary/Benefits Cooper Farms consistently works to be more than a workplace to our team members.
