Reliability Lead

Position Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and short- and long-term strategic initiatives
• Provide hands-on technical support to resolve manufacturing plant issues
• Ensure sustained performance improvements, reduced downtime, and alignment with organizational goals
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including root cause and breakdown analysis
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, scheduling, and documenting work orders
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 plus years of related experience
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 6 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree

Pay

$77,760 - $97,200 plus annual target bonus
