Reliability Engineer Staff

Join us as a Reliability Engineer Staff at Lockheed Martin. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our systems and products.

Responsibilities

• Conducting reliability assessments and developing strategies to improve system reliability.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability meets customer requirements.
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Performing root cause analysis on failures and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with reliability assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices.
• Experience with failure analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Reliability engineering software proficiency (e.g., MTBF, FMEA).

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
