Basic Qualifications
- Project management experience.
- Scheduling and planning experience.
- Knowledge of reducing unscheduled equipment downtime across critical assets, preserving production capacity and protecting capital investments.
- Ability to generate incremental productivity gains for Plant Engineering through data-driven PM optimization and rapid fault isolation.
Job Description
You will be the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 for the Reliability Engineering team which is responsible for developing and executing reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs that ensure high performance, dependable systems.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Reliability Engineer Sr. Staff - Level 5 you will be responsible for driving reliability excellence across the product lifecycle. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and execute reliability studies, analyses, and improvement programs to ensure high-performance, dependable systems.
- Apply reliability engineering principles to maximize asset availability.
- Identify and implement surveillance and testability methods, including condition monitoring and Reliability Centered Maintenance solutions.
- Establish system-engineering principles for reliability, supportability, and maintainability across all life-cycle phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability practices into design, production, and de-commissioning.
