The role of Senior Reliability Engineer at Bastion Technologies involves leading the development and implementation of reliability engineering processes and practices to ensure high-quality products and services. This includes conducting root cause analysis, developing preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of reliability engineering programs to enhance product quality and reduce failure rates.
• Conduct root cause analysis on product failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure consistent reliability standards are met.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to reliability engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar field.
• Experience with statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering tools and software such as FMEA, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule
