About the role
The role of Senior Reliability Engineer at Bastion Technologies involves leading the development and implementation of reliability engineering processes and practices to ensure high-quality products and services. This includes conducting root cause analysis, developing preventive maintenance strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of reliability engineering programs to enhance product quality and reduce failure rates.
- Conduct root cause analysis on product failures and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure consistent reliability standards are met.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to reliability engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a similar field.
- Experience with statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of reliability engineering tools and software such as FMEA, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
