Reliability Engineer I
What You Will Do
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and assist in the identification and implementation of corrective actions or technologies.
- Consider cost impact for recommended action plans for correcting downtime issues on installed equipment.
- Ensure continuous production is uninterrupted by equipment failures.
- Reports on Key Performance Indices.
- Analyze current CMMS data for equipment health indicators and prepare reports.
- Perform onsite evaluation of existing processes and equipment and make recommendations for improvement.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline with no experience required.
- Working knowledge of MSOffice suite including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
- Knowledge and understanding of good engineering practices and principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-starter with solid integrity.
- Understand the importance of safety, legality and quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Completion of Reliability Engineering courses SMRP or CMRP Certification.
- Six Sigma experience or Certification.
- Experience with asset management systems (e.g., SAP PM).
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $75,000-$104,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
