About the Role
Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) ensures our products are Reliable, Maintainable, and delivered on time. This role supports the Failure Reporting And Corrective Action (FRACAS) process for product production and/or sustainment at Raytheon’s McKinney, Texas facility.
Responsibilities
- Support the program in the Failure Reporting And Corrective Action (FRACAS) process for product production and/or sustainment
- Support development of Built-In test (BIT), reliability/maintainability/testability and diagnostic associated requirements as required
- Help define failure modes and their effects on systems
- Collaborate with hardware/software design teams to identify and resolve non-conformances
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with Failure Reporting and Corrective Action (FRACAS) process for product production and/or sustainment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications
- Product testing and troubleshooting in factory/depot or field environments
- Experience working within cross-disciplinary teams
- Presenting data to internal or external customers
- Reliability/maintainability/testability analysis tools (e.g., Reliasoft Tool Suite, DSI eXpress, or Windchill)
- Interpreting interfaces between hardware and software
- EW/Radar/EO-IR system experience
- Software/firmware development and implementation
- Diagnostic dependency modeling
- Experience working in the DoD customer community (US Army, US Air Force, US Navy)

Pay
The salary range for this role is $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
