Maintenance & Reliability Engineer II
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The posting includes "Your Responsibilities" which we can map to Responsibilities heading. Also there are sub-sections: Equipment Reliability & Preventive Maintenance, Condition Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance & Cross-Functional Support. Those could be under Responsibilities as subheadings? But we only allowed headings for section headings; we could still use for each of those sub-sections as they are substantive. However the instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are examples, not exclusive list. We can use for any section heading we need, as long as it's a heading. Probably we should use for each major block: Responsibilities, then sub-sections maybe as ? But only allowed? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we stick to for each section we output. We could combine sub-sections under Responsibilities as paragraphs or lists.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list bullet points.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. At end there is EEO statement: "FUCHS Lubricants Co. is an equal employment opportunity (EEO)/AA employer and strongly supports diversity in the workplace (m/f/d/v)." That's boilerplate, remove.
Also "These Are Your Benefits" we decided to omit because not specific. But we might keep the sentence about compensation package? It's vague; better to omit Benefits section entirely.
We need to include Pay section with salary details.
We need Qualifications section: includes required qualifications and preferred qualifications. We'll have Qualifications heading with required, then maybe Preferred Qualifications as subheading? Could also make separate Skills? But we can include both under Qualifications using paragraphs and lists.
We must not repeat the job title as a heading. No job title given explicitly; ignore.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule).

Responsibilities
The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer II applies engineering principles, equipment and maintenance data, structured problem-solving, and reliability methods to improve the availability, maintainability, and useful life of manufacturing and facility assets. The role is focused on preventing failures, reducing repeat breakdowns, improving preventive-maintenance effectiveness, and helping the site obtain reliable performance from existing equipment and maintenance resources. The engineer works closely with Maintenance, Operations, Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, Facilities, Quality, EHS, Automation, and other plant functions. This is a hands-on plant engineering role requiring regular floor presence, direct collaboration with maintenance technicians and production employees, and the ability to independently carry assigned reliability investigations and improvement projects from problem definition through implementation and effectiveness verification.
Then we could have sub-sections as each? But maybe better to keep as list of duties. However the posting has detailed paragraphs under each sub-heading. We could convert each bullet to - but that would lose some nuance. The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should turn the duties into a list. But we also have prose paragraphs that describe the role; we can keep those as
