We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. Let's parse. Job description includes: - Intro: "As a Reliability and Automation Technician, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the uptime, efficiency, and longevity of automated systems, robotics, and industrial machinery. This role combines preventive maintenance with advanced troubleshooting of PLCs, sensors, and control systems to minimize downtime and enhance process reliability. The technician acts as a subject matter expert, analyzing failure modes and implementing improvements to prevent recurrence. This is a fully onsite role at our brand-new facility located at 15333 Independence Parkway, Fort Worth, TX. It’s an exciting time at McMaster-Carr as we grow into our new regional headquarters in Fort Worth - a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" heading. Then "Who We Are" paragraph about McMaster-Carr. That's also about the role/company; could be part of About the role or separate. But we only have allowed headings; we could put that under About the role. Then "What You’ll Do" with bullet list: Troubleshooting & Repair, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Documentation & CMMS, Safety Compliance. That's responsibilities. Then "Who You Are" includes Education, Experience, Technical Skills, Physical Ability, Flexibility, Preferred Skills, Key Competencies for Success. That's qualifications/requirements/skills. We need to map to headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Possibly combine. We have "Cash Compensation" with total cash compensation range $119,500 - $137,500 annually, includes profit sharing. That's Pay. Then "Benefits" list: 100% tuition reimbursement, Medical, dental, pharmacy, and vision plans with no monthly premiums, Industry-leading company-funded retirement accounts, Inclusive, all-gender benefits, First-time home buyer assistance, Paid parental leave for all new parents, Adoption and surrogacy assistance, Paid time off for vacation and personal time. Then "Flexibility" includes schedule: works within broad coverage window between 4:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Actual shifts may fall anywhere within that range, such as early‑morning, daytime, or evening hours. Saturday availability may be required. In some cases, the position may follow a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule that includes Saturdays. That's schedule. Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer, Data We Collect, etc. Also remove "Who We Are" maybe incorporate into About the role. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which content goes under which heading. Let's outline:

    About the role

As a Reliability and Automation Technician, you’ll be responsible for maximizing the uptime, efficiency, and longevity of automated systems, robotics, and industrial machinery. It’s an exciting time at McMaster-Carr as we grow into our new regional headquarters in Fort Worth - a modern, automated distribution facility that will help support Texas customers with the excellent service and innovative solutions that define our company. McMaster-Carr is a leading e-commerce company that industrial customers have trusted for over 125 years. Our products help them get manufacturing lines back up quickly, keep operations running smoothly, and prototype the next generation of innovative solutions. Behind it all are our people: exceptional and resourceful problem-solvers who take pride in getting every detail right for our customers.

That's about role and who we are.

    Responsibilities

    • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair complex faults in automated equipment (conveyors, robotics, PLC control panels, VFDs) through electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic pathways.
    • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and predictive maintenance (thermography, vibration analysis) to proactively identify potential component failures.
    • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead or assist in RCA investigations for chronic equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
    • Documentation & CMMS: Maintain detailed logs of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
    • Safety Compliance: Uphold all safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), robot safety standards, and machine guarding.

    Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field is strongly preferred.

Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining industrial automation, PLC controls, or robotics.

Alternatively could combine Education and Experience under Requirements.

    Skills

    • Proficiency with PLC troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of industrial sensors, motor controls, and actuators.
    • Physical Ability: Able to work in an industrial environment, lift heavy components, and work at heights.
    • Flexibility: This role works within a broad coverage window between 4:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Actual shifts may fall anywhere within that range, such as early‑morning, daytime, or evening hours. Saturday availability may be required. In some cases, the position may follow a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule that includes Saturdays.
    • Preferred Skills: Experience in high-volume, automated logistics, distribution and/or manufacturing.
    • Key Competencies for Success: Problem-Solving: Methodical approach to isolating faults under pressure; Collaboration: Working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, maintenance, and production teams; Proactive Mindset: Focus on reliability rather than just "break-fix" repair.
But note Flexibility content also belongs to Schedule section. However we have a separate Schedule heading allowed. The instructions: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine flexibility into Schedule section. But we already have Flexibility as a bullet under Skills; maybe better to move schedule details to Schedule section and keep Skills focused on technical skills and competencies. Let's restructure: Skills: technical skills (PLC, sensors, motor controls, actuators) plus Preferred Skills and Key Competencies. Schedule: coverage window, shift details, Saturday availability, 4-day 10-hour schedule. Physical Ability maybe under Skills or Requirements? Could be under Skills as physical ability. Let's decide:

    Now Benefits and Pay.

    Benefits

    • 100% tuition reimbursement

    • Industry-leading company-funded retirement accounts
    • Inclusive, all-gender benefits

    • Paid time off for vacation and personal time

    Pay

Total cash compensation ranges from $119,500 - $137,500 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.

We must not include sections like "About the role" if it's just generic? We have substantive content. Check for any boilerplate removed: We removed Equal Opportunity Employer, Data We Collect, etc. Also removed "Who We Are" duplicated? We incorporated into About the role. Check for any repeated lines: Not repeated. Now ensure we didn't include any heading with filler text. All headings have content. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
