Release Train Engineer/Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Managing projects around systems and data architecture
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintaining cross-functional interdependencies to ensure successful delivery of all impacted applications
• Scheduling and facilitating recurring status meetings
• Tracking and addressing project-related questions and issues
• Gathering and updating project materials, documentation, and business flows
• Communicating project details to both business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilizing organizational resources effectively
• Driving process improvement initiatives within the team and organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with contact center migration, preferably AWS Connect and NICE CXOne
• Proven proficiency in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools, including consistent use, applied productivity, and continuous learning

Pay

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $160,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
