About the Role

We are seeking a Relationship Counselor & Dating Advisor who thinks like a founder someone deeply passionate about modern relationships, emotional well-being, and the future of dating. You will be the voice of emotional intelligence in our product, ensuring it goes beyond superficial swipes and helps users build real, lasting connections.

Who You Are

• A licensed relationship counselor, therapist, or dating coach (or equivalent experience).
• Deeply knowledgeable about attachment theory, communication styles, and modern dating challenges.
• Obsessed with improving dating culture – You have strong opinions on what's wrong with current apps and how to fix it.
• A natural educator: You can break down complex emotional concepts into engaging, actionable advice.
• Tech-curious: You're excited about blending psychology with AI, gamification, and behavioral design.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Strategy: Define the app's core principles (e.g., "No ghosting policies," "Emotional safety features").
• Content & Coaching Systems: Develop in-app advice, conflict resolution tools, and self-assessment quizzes.
• User Safety & Well-being: Help design features that reduce harassment, anxiety, and unhealthy attachment.
• AI & Human Coaching: Advise on AI-driven advice tools while offering premium human coaching (if applicable).
• Community & Culture: Shape how users interact should it be slower? More intentional? More accountability?

Compensation

This is an equity-based role you'll be a co-founder-level advisor, owning a stake in the product's success.
