About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dating Coach to work with clients looking to improve their dating lives and build meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients with general exploration of their dating goals and identifying relationship goals
• Building confidence and conversation skills for clients
• Supporting clients with dating profile review & optimization
• Messaging strategy development for clients
• Date planning & preparation assistance for clients
• Post-date debrief & analysis to help clients learn and grow from each experience

Requirements

• Hands-on experience coaching others through dating and relationships (as a dating coach, matchmaker, or related professional)
• A strong understanding of modern dating dynamics
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients build confidence and real connection

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Knowledge of modern dating trends and techniques
• Effective time management and organization skills
