About the Role

The Relationship Specialist will manage the support and processing ecosystem around Palmetto’s financial products for small and medium-sized EPCs, providing direct support to partners while collaborating closely with the Relationship Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Support EPC partner requests via email ticketing, chat support, and other mechanisms.
  • Manage all queues and action areas within the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions for partners, removing friction and blockers.
  • Provide coaching and training to EPC partners and sales reps.
  • Assist in the continuous evaluation and improvement of internal processes to meet current and future company service expansions.
  • Work closely with the regional Relationship Manager to understand partner needs and expectations, building relationships.
  • Surface global insights from EPC partner requests and interactions to leadership, identifying opportunities to improve products and partner experience.
  • Collaborate with regional relationship managers to implement strategies and initiatives driving EPC engagement, including pipeline reviews.
  • Foster strong relationships with the regional LightReach Pro Relationship Manager to drive cohesive regional strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Service, Account Management Support, or Sales Fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills that improve collaboration and drive mutual success.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze data, spot trends, and develop creative solutions.
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Intercom, and chat support systems.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

This position will be based in the Southeast region (Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia).
