About the role
The Relationship Manager role is pivotal within the branch team, focusing on fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen these relationships.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate setting targeted appointments to enhance client engagement
- Provide excellent customer experience and personal service to clients
- Ensure the daily work aligns with the client's needs
- Organize and support Financial Consultants in their tasks
- Find and pursue opportunities to add value to the client relationship
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to obtain Series 66 upon hire
- At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on customer experience
- Experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver personalized service
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support from the team
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications are helpful; the Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining one

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
