Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on customer experience
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver personalized service
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with team support
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications are helpful, but not required
- Fidelity offers a Tuition Reimbursement program to help candidates obtain necessary certifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include bonuses or other variable compensation.
Schedule
Fidelity's investments in you include training in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually to help you with all aspects of your business. The company is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
