Responsibilities
- Facilitating targeted appointments to improve client engagement

- Collaborating with the Relationship Manager team across the organization
- Developing long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on customer experience
- Experience in financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to provide personalized service
- Ability to handle a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detailed compliance environment
- Creativity and decision-making ability supported by a team
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications (CFP, degree) are helpful
- Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining necessary certifications

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $91,000 USD per year. The exact placement within the range will depend on job responsibilities, scope, geographic location, and other factors.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model. Some roles and locations may require 100% onsite presence, while others may require less. The transition is phased and evolving as the rollout continues. This change does not apply to fully remote roles.
