About the role

The Relationship Manager serves as a producer and trusted advisor responsible for managing, growing, and deepening a complex portfolio of middle market commercial real estate relationships. This role focuses on establishing long-term partnerships with larger local and regional real estate developers and investors across key asset classes, including multifamily, hospitality, industrial, office, and retail.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Manage and deepen existing client portfolios
  • Deliver comprehensive financial solutions integrating both credit and non-credit capabilities
  • Drive profitable growth through strategic business development
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters

Requirements

Master's degree, or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of commercial lending experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Deep knowledge of Texas commercial real estate markets
  • Strong leadership and strategic management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
