Responsibilities

• Facilitating appointments that increase client engagement
• Providing excellent customer service and personalized financial advice
• Maintaining client relationships and deepening their commitment to Fidelity
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the client's financial affairs
• Collaborating with the Relationship Manager team to align strategies

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on client experience
• Knowledge of financial markets and products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliant environment
• Desire to continuously learn and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Education or professional certification (CFP, MBA, etc.) is helpful but not required
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Schedule

This role is currently offered on-site with a phased rollout to a full-time onsite model. Some roles and locations may require 100% onsite presence, while others may have less stringent requirements. The transition to a full-time onsite model is ongoing.
