About the role
As a Relationship Manager I (F) within PNC's Corporate Banking Healthcare organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue, and market share with relevant sales goals. You will work with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs, generally under a higher degree of supervision.
With direction, you will acquire and/or expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Responsibilities include the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services, as well as managing risk and driving quality for clients. You will actively identify and mitigate risks such as regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
This role focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of client needs and their financial well-being. You will build an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and enhance the client experience, presenting the full range of PNC's products and services. Leveraging reporting and sales tools, you will proactively identify and convert sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Acquire and expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
- Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
- Manage risk and drive quality for new and existing clients, mitigating regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
- Provide ideas and insights to clients based on their needs and financial well-being to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Build internal and external networks to acquire new clients and enhance the client experience.
- Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk using knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
- 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- Licenses: SIE, Series 52, and 63 (Series 79 optional) within 180 days of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal credit training.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience with middle-market clients ($100M+).
