Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability of consumer and small commercial portfolios by managing deposits, loans, fees, and expenses.
• Led, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships through needs-based selling of products and services.
• Focus on business development activities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Manage the banking center operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance (approximately 30% of role).
• Identify opportunities for referrals and cross-selling to meet customer needs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industry).
• Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
