Relationship Manager

Overview

We are currently seeking a senior Relationship Manager focusing on the Entertainment Lending industry. The person will be responsible for the production and growth of their own portfolio focusing on film and TV production loans and lines of credit for entertainment companies.

Responsibilities

• Must have experience in developing new loans and deposits relationships within the Entertainment industry.
• Utilizing a high degree of creativity and independence in developing and managing a large portfolio of diverse and complex relationships.
• Acting as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing and retaining business.
• Demonstrating solid product and operational knowledge.
• Possessing excellent corporate finance knowledge depending on the diversity of the portfolio.
• Utilizing excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Coinciding the entire application process and creating CCR Memos for Credit Department.
• Underwriting and forecasting for all loans.
• Promoting high quality entertainment loan customer service and related activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Varieties of backgrounds in finance supported by Bachelor and Master degrees are preferable.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience selling financial loans to customers in the Entertainment industry.
• Must have demonstrated ability to sell and build relationships.
• Strong interpersonal communication skill sets.
• Demonstrate high level of expertise in sales, networking, negotiation, business acumen, relationship building and execution of responsibilities.
• Possess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills.
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
