Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with Celero’s partners, maximizing their sales potential.
- Design and implement strategies to enhance partner production, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide actionable insights and guidance to help partners drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular reviews to celebrate successes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to deliver seamless partner support.
- Share sales performance updates, forecasts, and partner engagement metrics with senior leadership.
Requirements
- Rosemont, IL - based position
- 2+ years of experience in relationship management, account coordination, training, teaching, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences from external partners to internal teams
- Comfortable presenting and delivering information in both one-on-one and group settings
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a passion for helping others succeed
- Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, POS software, fintech tools)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a self-directed work ethic
- Previous experience in sales, education, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
