Relationship Manager

About the role

A Relationship Manager Associate at Capital One is the opportunity for both! This role will facilitate strong partnerships with dealers and sales managers while providing high level customer service to our internal Auto Finance business.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.
• Optimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.
• Review the structure in underwriting for COAF.
• Guide the deals in house for funding.
• Analyze territory production goals.
• Partner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.
• Schedule Expectations: Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off. In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period. Potential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Business to Business Sales experience.

Pay

• General Range: $74,200 - $84,700 for Relationship Manager - Capital One Auto Jericho, NY: $89,200 - $101,700 for Relationship Manager - Capital One Auto Plano, TX.

Schedule

• Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off. In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period. Potential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.
