About the role

New Washington State Bank is looking for a dedicated leader for our Floyds Knobs branch.

Responsibilities

• Expand the customer base and branch profitability in the target market while maintaining current customer relationships by correctly identifying and servicing their financial needs.
• Conduct outside sales calls to both existing and prospective customers.
• Responsible for the overall performance of their branch and communicate and direct team to effectively meet expected performance standards.
• Lead team members for optimal performance, professional growth, engagement and positive culture.
• Lead and support the Relationship Office Manager to ensure that staff perform their job duties in a safe compliant manner.
• Coach, train and mentor team to enhance performance and support professional growth.
• Ensure that all branch personnel understand the overall company objectives as well as their individual office performance goals and what they can do to help reach these goals.
• Lead branch(es) to achieve financial and service goals set by management.
• Join community organizations and participate in community and promotional events, which foster their personal development and promote a positive image of NWSB in the community.

Requirements

Education or Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
