Relationship Development Associate

Core Work Responsibilities

• Underwriter Sales Empowerment: Provide marketing tools and sales materials to strengthen agent relationships.
• Prospecting & Market Intelligence: Conduct research and compile data to identify new business opportunities.
• Actionable Follow-Up Systems: Implement standardized follow-up email templates and manage workflows.
• Agent Relationship Events: Coordinate and manage logistics for events that foster connections and community building.
• Marketing Campaigns: Set up and monitor marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and support acquisition goals.

Relationship & Retention Program Support

• Program Execution: Coordinate and execute retention and relationship strategies, including personalized engagement campaigns and logistics.
• Data Maintenance: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records and provide reporting on campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Required: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, or a sales support role.
• Preferred: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
