Relationship & Couples Therapist

Lifebulb Counseling & Therapy is one of the fastest-growing outpatient mental-health practices in the country. We are a mission-driven, clinician-first organization dedicated to helping people grow toward a brighter future — and we are looking for exceptional therapists who want stability, support, and the ability to make an impact from home. This is not a contractor position. You will be hired as a W2 employee with ongoing support, training, and administrative resources.

About the role

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
• Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care

Requirements

• Active state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Experience working with Couples
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care

Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working independently with remote support

Pay

$70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
