Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and on the phone, handling transactional needs and fulfilling basic servicing requests.
• Identifies ways for Regions to meet customer needs and assists in resolving end-to-end customer service inquiries.
• Develops relationships with customers, staying informed about their financial needs and educating them on standard consumer products and digital solutions.
• Aids branch and fellow team members in resolving customer issues and refers customers to internal experts for more complex needs.
• Adheres to bank processes and procedures, completes delegated duties, and reports operational risks.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with meeting their financial needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Effective communication in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Computer proficiency, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
