Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
- Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Market Simmons solutions to our existing customer base and prospects through various channels
- Achieve and/or exceed individual and branch goals
- Assist clients with account service and maintenance requests
- Engage in a genuine conversation to help identify needs and recommend solutions
- Open and close accounts, perform research, and comply with BSA and CIP requirements
- Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies and procedures
- Uncover needs and refer customers to partner-centric teams
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Engage in a genuine conversation to help identify needs and recommend solutions
- Process customer requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- One year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
- Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Team-centric approach to helping customers in an evolving and fast-paced environment
- Ability to coach and lead the branch team
Qualifications

- Embrace a team-centric approach to collectively help our customers in an ever-evolving and fast-paced banking environment
- Coaching and leading the branch team according to process and protocol in the absence of an AFCM
- Education and/or experience: HS Diploma/GED, One year customer-facing and goal-oriented experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Relationship Bankers typically work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
