When you join the growing BILH team, you’re not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives. We are seeking a clinical pharmacist to practice in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for patients admitted through the Emergency Department.
• Work closely with the Emergency Department Medication History Technician team to optimize transitions of care and medication management.
• Support Emergency Department clinical pharmacists and inpatient teams.
• Cross-cover the ICU service as operational needs arise.
• Precept pharmacy students and residents.
• Contribute to quality improvement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the continued growth of clinical pharmacy services.
