About the Initiative
The Umbria Regional Government, in collaboration with Arpal Umbria and INAIL, has approved a convention to implement integrated and personalized actions for the employment integration of individuals with work-related disabilities. This initiative aims to strengthen inter-institutional cooperation to ensure dignified employment and tailored integration pathways for all individuals with work-related disabilities.
The convention emphasizes sharing information and experiences among entities while awaiting the full activation of the National Targeted Employment Database. This collaboration seeks to enhance the integrated service network, ensuring timely and coordinated interventions to facilitate job retention and reintegration for individuals who became disabled due to work-related injuries or illnesses, even if they are not registered under Law 68/1999.
