We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Content: State of Location: Pennsylvania (maybe location info). Could be part of a short paragraph. Position Summary: The Reimbursement Specialist is an energetic individual with experience in healthcare payment posting, preferably Physical Therapy and Raintree, who also has good Excel and problem-solving skills. In this role, you report to the RCBP Reimbursement and will be assigned day to day activities related to the daily posting and reconciliation activities, as well as special projects related to posting activities. This position works in the Fuse portal and the Remittance Assist application to match Remittance Advices to deposits, ensuring that remittances flow to the posting team in a timely manner, and ensure all deposits are posting in the current GL period. This position is detail oriented and requires communication skills to call insurance companies and navigate payer portals to obtain remittance/EOBs. This position is required to maintain a follow up queue age of 10 days and Unidentified deposit turnover of 92% within 30 days. Job Description: Your responsibilities will include: (list) - Daily deposit tracking – pulling missing EOBs and loading into Fuse, manual matching of ERA/Deposits in Fuse, and reconciling daily deposits in Remit Assist app. - Reviewing, researching, and resolving assigned tasks related to missing payments, EOBs, and posting errors in the Raintree system. - Supporting the Month End reconciliation process - Accurate and timely payment posting, as assigned. - Knowledgeable of all aspects of payment posting in Raintree and assigned Legacy systems –remit/automated, manual, Refunds, corrections, etc. - Identify and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner. - Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as requested. - Perform other duties as assigned To Excel In This Role You Should Possess: - Healthcare Payment posting experience, preferably in Physical Therapy or similar specialty - Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Office - High level of accuracy and productivity in performing job functions - Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits - Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask. - Team player who can also work independently. - Raintree EMR experience preferred. - Open availability M-F 8am – 6pm ET Why choose Ivy Health? (benefits etc.) - Exceeding Expectations: Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes. - Incentives Galore: Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment. - Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) plans and paid holidays. - Empowering Values: Live by values that prioritize teamwork, growth, and serving others. Then there is EEO statement etc. Remove. Also there is: Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors... Any listed salary range... ivyhealth.com. This is boilerplate about salary, we should not include Pay section because no specific salary given. So we should not create Pay section. Schedule: we have "Open availability M-F 8am – 6pm ET". That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Benefits: we have "Incentives Galore: Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment. Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) plans and paid holidays." Also maybe "Exceeding Expectations..." etc. Those are more like company values but could be considered benefits? The instruction: include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does state benefits: full benefits package, PTO, paid holidays. So we can include Benefits. Also maybe "Exceeding Expectations: Deliver best-in-class care..." is more about mission; could be omitted or placed elsewhere? Might be considered part of Benefits? Not exactly benefit. Could be omitted as not specific benefit. But we can keep as part of Benefits? Might be considered "Empowering Values". Might be better to include as part of Benefits? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine values into Benefits? But they are not benefits. Could create a separate section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings are limited to those list. So we could put that content under "About the role"? Not exactly. Maybe we can put under "Qualifications"? No. Better to omit that fluff if not fitting headings. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can drop the "Why choose Ivy Health?" lines if they don't fit headings. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Are those substantive? They describe company culture/benefits. The benefits part is substantive. The "Exceeding Expectations..." and "Empowering Values..." are more fluff but still substantive? Might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly legal/EEO. Might be considered marketing fluff. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not those. So we should keep it. But we need to fit into allowed headings. Could create a section "About the role" that includes position summary and maybe company values? But "About the role" is for role description. Could put company values under "About the role"? Might be okay. Alternatively, we could create a section "Benefits" and include the benefits bullet points. For the other lines, we could incorporate them into a short paragraph under "About the role" or maybe under "Qualifications"? Not ideal. Better: Use "About the role" for position summary and responsibilities? Actually responsibilities separate. So "About the role" could contain position summary and maybe company overview/values. Then "Responsibilities" list. Then "Requirements" maybe for mandatory? "Qualifications" for preferred? "Skills" for skills? But we have overlapping. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Position Summary (could be About the role) - Responsibilities (list) - To Excel In This Role You Should Possess (list of qualifications/skills) - Schedule (Open availability M-F 8am – 6pm ET) - Benefits (full benefits package, PTO, paid holidays) - Location (State of Location: Pennsylvania) maybe minor metadata; could be short p. We have no explicit Pay info, so omit Pay section. We have no explicit Qualifications separate from Requirements? The "To Excel..." includes experience, skills, etc. Could treat as Requirements and Qualifications combined. But we need to follow headings: we can include Requirements and Qualifications if we have distinct content. Could split: Requirements = mandatory items (Healthcare Payment posting experience, Strong computer skills, High level of accuracy, Ability to read EOB, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Team player, Open availability). Qualifications = preferred items (Physical Therapy specialty, Raintree EMR experience). Skills = maybe Excel, Microsoft Office. But we have overlapping. Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to have fewer sections: maybe About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. That's 5 sections. We can put all skill/experience info into Requirements. Let's craft:

About the role

State of Location: Pennsylvania. The Reimbursement Specialist is an energetic individual with experience in healthcare payment posting, preferably Physical Therapy and Raintree, who also has good Excel and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Daily deposit tracking – pulling missing EOBs and loading into Fuse, manual matching of ERA/Deposits in Fuse, and reconciling daily deposits in Remit Assist app.
  • Reviewing, researching, and resolving assigned tasks related to missing payments, EOBs, and posting errors in the Raintree system.
  • Supporting the Month End reconciliation process
  • Accurate and timely payment posting, as assigned.
  • Knowledgeable of all aspects of payment posting in Raintree and assigned Legacy systems – remit/automated, manual, Refunds, corrections, etc.
  • Identify and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Healthcare Payment posting experience, preferably in Physical Therapy or similar specialty
  • Strong computer skills, with emphasis on Excel and Microsoft Office
  • High level of accuracy and productivity in performing job functions
  • Ability to read and interpret Explanations of Benefits
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Raintree EMR experience preferred
  • Open availability M-F 8am – 6pm ET

Benefits

  • Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment
  • Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) plans and paid holidays

Schedule

Open availability M-F 8am – 6pm ET

But we already have schedule in Requirements; duplication. Better to move schedule to its own section and remove from Requirements. Let's adjust. Requirements list without schedule. Schedule section:

Open availability M-F 8am – 6pm ET

Now check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, equal opportunity, ivyhealth.com, salary disclaimer, etc. Also removed "Why choose Ivy Health?" lines except benefits. We kept benefits bullet points. The "Exceeding Expectations..." and "Empowering Values..." lines we omitted; are they substantive? They are more marketing but could be considered part of Benefits? Not exactly benefits. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. Are those substantive? They describe company culture/values. Might be considered substantive but not fitting headings. Could we incorporate them into About the role as a short sentence? Possibly add after position summary: "We exceed expectations by delivering best-in-class care and living by values that prioritize teamwork, growth, and serving others." That would preserve that info. Let's do that. Add to About the role paragraph after the summary: maybe a sentence: "We exceed expectations by delivering best-in-class care and live by values that prioritize teamwork, growth, and serving others." Now we have preserved that. Check for any other info: "Incentives Galore: Eligibility for full benefits package beginning within your first month of employment." Already captured as benefit. "Generous PTO (Paid Time Off) plans and paid holidays." captured. Now ensure no repeated content: schedule appears only in Schedule section. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure
