Reimbursement Specialist

The Reimbursement Specialist will be an integral part of the Patient Support Program, working closely with Case Managers to facilitate the patient onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with Case Managers to assist with the patient onboarding process.
- Successfully deliver upon program goals, including predefined KPIs.
- Complete the data entry process of all documents received into the Support Program.
- Triage documents to appropriate parties based on defined business rules and requirements.
- Support the Case Manager team with daily administrative tasks.
- Follow all requirements associated with compliance to program guidelines and relevant regulations, including HIPAA and patient privacy.
- Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay
The anticipated hourly rate for this position will be $31.25 to $45.20 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered for this role at commencement of employment may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, education (including applicable licenses and certifications), job-based knowledge, location, and other business and organizational needs.
